i wanna remove this kind of TIPs (attached picture).

OPTIONS > AEC Editor tab > Solution Tips > uncheck DRAFTING.

I hope these links would help you to understand the issue well. Its been contributed by top class Civil 3D professionals. As a solution (indicated in the second link) you might uninstall the update if you are using C3D 2017.

I do believe that is a warning symbol. Select the symbol, rt click, select properties, display tab. Near the bottom of list is the warning entry. Turn it off

Select item warning is attached too then rt click and go to properties of item its attached too. In the properties dialog go to the display tab. You will fill the warning listed there. Shut off the lightbulb.
