How to remove small objects (less than 50 square feet) in this drawing without SURFACE CREATE?

You can use QSELECT, polylines with area < 50, then delete.

If these white rounded objects are polylines, then use

Command: QSELECT

Otherwise upload the drawing, or make at least a screenshot with one of these small objects selected (while property palette is open, to see the properties).
