It seems to be profile line label. Can you click on magenta line and right click and select "Edit Labels" an in the Profile Labels dialog box you should see Lines under the Type column. If you click it then click the delete button you can remove all straight tangent line labels from your profile. Let me know if this resolves your issue.

I want tangent labels on the profile. Its just when the grade is 0, the word tangent comes. i want to remove that.
Hmm can you share the drawing? In that dialog box, in the Text Component Editor can you make sure its set to Tangent Grade and not to some custom expression label? Just want to make sure first.

The problem is that you have run: rise in the label style.
You cannot specify a run: rise for a horizontal line. It is like a slope of 0 : infinity
That is why you get the label as horizontal.
One workaround would be to change the label style to percent instead of run: rise.
Hi there. Was your issue fixed? Seem like it was the type of label properties that you was using
