Re-naming a Survey Database
I usually find it easier to delete the files created and recreate them through the SDB tab. But the listing won't disappear until C3D is closed and reopened.

Something did pop in my head, after renaming the SDB you may need to replicate the name for it to appear in the list again. Usually I just delete and start fresh.
