Project Explorer download

Dear Autodesk team

First of all deep thanks & Appreciations for kindly support feedback

I just need your help urgently

I've been trying to download Project Explorer for over 5 months since it was (released&Aquired by Autodesk), but unfortunately I'm not able to get it up to now and I don't know what to do.

The only document you're asking me to upload is missing & up to now I want to start using Project Explorer but unable to do it
I'm really frustrated...😭😭

So please if you can just kindly share me a link or something so that I'll be able to download it & have it in my Civil 3d platform, I'll be appreciated your kindness, concern & support

If you have the AEC collection it is in your account to download but if you just have standalone Civil 3D it is not available. Furthermore it only is available for 2020 and 2021.

Thanks for your kindly reply I know that what I need is a link to download it because up to now for more than 5 months unable to do it

As @neilyj666 in order to download the Project Explorer, you must have the AEC collection on your subscription. Just having Civil3D does not provided it, I am in the same boat your in, my office has no need for the additional software at this time. So you'll either need to upgrade to the AEC collection or wait to see if Adesk releases it for C3D subscription.

As I said it is in your account at manage.autodesk.com ready for download but only if you are eligible to download it i.e. with a valid AEC collection subscription.

You should also check with your system admin that you have the required permissions to download and install.
