I need to manage a project this multiple consultants from different offices all using Civil 3D files. I will also need to be able to assign permissions to each user regarding file access. Since a lot of the files are too big to work over the a VPN (and not be combersome) ideally, the system would be set up similar to one-drive, google drive, dropbox, etc. where the user can work on files from their PC offline, which will automatically sync with the cloud. However, all XREFs and Data Shortcuts will need to be active in each drawing and accessed by any user from anywhere.
Does anyone know of a good program to help manage this project? Newforma? A360?
