I am using AutoCAD Civil 3D 2013 on a Windows Professional 64 bit machine. When I select the icon, the program runs, I get the splash screen, the work space opens and it doesn't go any further, it just sits there. When I click in the work space, I get the spinning wheel and the work space fades out. The only way that I can stop the program is through task manager. I am using a borrowed license. If anyone can help I would appreciate it.
