Profile View - horizontal grid lines extend past padding.

So a co-worker created several profiles and a couple of them are showing the horizontal grid lines extending past the starting station / padding area. I assume it has to do with the profile style. I've tried searching for this issue here and saw one similar post and tried the work around for it, but it didn't work on our specific situation. We appreciate the eyes on and suggestions for a fix to this. I'll attach screenshots of the problem child along with its style settings. Let me know if there are other screenshots needed for context.

Currently using Civil 3D 2022.

Thanks!

Are you able to share the drawing?  It would help isolate the issue if another person opens the drawing and sees the same thing, or something different.

Thanks!

I have had this happen where I have initially overridden the chainages on the profile view rather than accepting the default ranges, and then later changing the chainages on the alignment.  Say my alignment started with 1+000 then later on we decided to change the alignment to 3+000.  Once it updates, the profile view still begins with the old number.
