Hi,
As long as you have created two profiles, ground and design, it must compare and shown in fill area.
Is it possible to share cad file?

Yes. I create two profiles (EG and FG). But at the profile only cut hatch work properly, when I click fill area button, nothing happening.
Sorry but I can't share the file, but I will try to do an other file as a example.
Thanks

Go into settings from the Toolspace, right-click "Profile View", then click "Edit Feature Settings...". Under "Default Values" set a style for the "Fill Area Shape Style". The button for adding a fill hatch should then work.

I've already try to do that. But ins't working too.
But I've notice that ins't match the style to "Parent Value". I think it is a bug.

Looks like you are in the command settings. Try editing the feature settings...

Try setting the defaults under the root of the Profile View of the tree. As a work around, just create a 'cut ' and set the upper & lower boundaries and shape to show the fill. The cut and fill buttons are only for the styling presets, they have nothing to do with actual work represented.
