Profile Text upside down

I couldn't find a solution to this. My profile labels (title, elevation, stations) are all plotting upside down. It just started happening. I am running Civil 3D 2025.

I regen to fix but it flips right back. I've set UCS to horizontal and everything,

Probably going to need to share your drawing to figure that out.  That is a bit weird, I can think of a couple of suspects but probably better if you can share the drawing.

Check your Edit Feature Settings for your Pipe Network

posing the dwg file probably help, no need to share the whole data just one profile view with the problem

It was a UCS issue apparently.
