Profile Table Lat Long

I have a profile created based off of points, no curves.  Image for reference:

I'm trying to get a list of grade break elevation and lat/long.  I can find a way to get station and elevation, but no automated way to make a list of lat/long.  Does anyone have a solution?

You could try projection points. Or project your profile line to plan view and and add cogo points at the vertices and get the data from there.
