Profile Station Profile Label Styles question

Hi all. I have my style set (so far) in white. My desired notes are in
yellow. Can this be done? If so, how?

See pic.

Thanks

I am assuming the top yellow circle is anchored and the bottom yellow circle can move (the line from the top to bottom doesn't need to be vertical). Set the dragged state display as As Composed and the arrow size to 0.0". In the Layout make the horiz line and vertical line (the ones to the right of the bottom yellow circle) as you want it along with the text. Put the label in the drawing and drag it. If the horiz line is what you are building from adjust the x and y until the leader aligns with the horiz line to the right of the bottom yellow circle.

I may have missed some steps, but that is the general idea.

Christopher, that is a good suggestion, I have done the same thing in my styles and the only drawback I have found is that you can't get the "as composed" to justify to the leader due to it that option residing under the "dragged state components" section so you need to create a left and right version... ugly. If someone knows a different way please speak up 🙂

Mark

P.S. I put in a wish for the leader options to be moved to the leader section of the dragged tab...

Yes, I did miss that step.

Along with the leader justification I would like to see a rotation and mirror component of a label added. It would be added much like the dynamic block options. This would allow you to have multiple bends in a label and other things. But would probably take a large rewrite of the user interface for labels.

I actually would like the vertical line to remain vertical. Of course this
is easily remedied by turning on ortho when dragging. I'll try the
suggestion and see what I come up with.

Thanks Christopher

Had to do the same thing, make a Left, right and vertical for each part of my profile. That really sucked!
