Hi guys
I have tried to do a profile hatch on one of my models, using the normal method, going to the "Hatch Tab" in "Profile View Propseries". But when I click on the "Cut Area" or "Fill Area" buttons on the left, nothing appears under "Hatch Area". It seems to be the template we use, as when I use the Stock Template, it works fine. I have looked for an option everywhere to turn the option on/off, but cannot find anything. Any ideas?
Hi,
uploading a drawing might help so we can look into it.
My first search would be within the profile-view style and look in the last tab if the visualization of hatches are turned off or on and what layer is used to show the hatch and look in the layermanager if that layer is off or frozen.

I realize this is 4 years too late, but I was having the same problem as well, but just figured it out. Go into toolspace, settings tab, right-click Profile View, Edit Feature Settings, Default Styles, under "Cut area Shape Style" and "Fill Area Shape Style", the Value will be blank. Set the Value to any style, and when you go back into your profile properties hatch tab, a box will pop up when you click cut area or fill area.
