Problems with subscription support request

Is anyone else having problems submitting support requests through the subscription center? Tha has been going on for a while. The message is always the same. I'v tried in both Chrome and IE. Same message in both.

Chrome - Version 46.0.2490.71 m

IE - Version 11.0.9600.18015 - Update Version 11.0.23 (KB3087038)

I opened an email support request about the issue. Autodesk told me that if I would change my password everything will work fine. Still having the same problem. Maybe this is a subtle change related to the new licensing model.
