Problem with TRIM/EXTEND command

Hi there!

Usually my TRIM/EXTEND works fine, but seemingly randomly it starts acting like this:

When i select the line to be trimmed to and then select a line to be trimmed, instead of trimming it just selects the other line and nothing else happens. Same with extend.

My PICKADD variable is 2

TRIMEXTENDMODE is 0

Both TRIM and EXTEND modes are set to standard

Any ideas? It happens completely randomly and it's driving me insane. The only thing that works is closing and opening the file again, but that takes time and is annoying.

Thank you in advance.

If you extend your commandline to be 5-10 lines tall so you can see more there, then start the command(s) again and use, what feedback is C3D giving you at the commandline? If you are unsure what it states, please share a screenshot here.

So your C3D in every single DWG file you open including a blank or template file, TRIM and EXTEND both are acting up now? Of is the issue this one DWG file with just these objects?

I just discovered something new... the problem wasn't that the commands weren't working properly, but:

It only happens when i have more than one drawing open - My trim/extend commands were suddenly happening in another drawing. On the drawing i am interested in, i can move the cursor and select objects, but the command line is active in another drawing! The "suddenly" problem was because i had switched drawings and after coming back to the main drawing, the command line stayed active in the other one. It happens every time i switch. The problem seems to be with the drawings i use surfaces on. So something about performance maybe. Sad that it probably doesn't have a simple fix.
I attached my computer specs too.

@karlkarpuk Can you share a screenshot of your C3D program's ABOUT command pop-up please?

The problem seems to be directly with command line, because if i have DYNMODE=1, i can still type commands, but they activate in the other drawing. If DYNMODE=0, then everything i type happens in the other drawing.
