PROBLEM WITH TABS. DISPLAYABLE LIST WON'T WORK/ Problema con pestañas

Hi! I'm new to this forum and i hope you could help me.

It's been a little while since I downloaded Civil3D 2019 and I'm having some issues.

When I try to change layer, objet's color, workspaces or similar kind of tabs it won't open. It looks like a "lil freezed" and as moving my cursor through the list (or the place it should be) it only shows an option from itself.    Adding a video I recorded. Yes, There´s only one update y couldn’t download. “Autodesk License Service (x64)- 5.1.5 HotFix 1 due to the error 1603.

That looks like a graphics card/driver issue. You might want to check for an update for your card's, or may even need to fall back to an older one. Use the command 3dConfig in C3D to see what options are enabled/disabled and hit the Tuner Log button to get an output for checking what you have.

Well I've tried it and it only helped me to know that I should update my drivers. Did not solve the problem but Thank you so much!🤣

I've already found the problem!

My computer's screen is kind of High Definition. So when opened C3D for the first time the icons were pretty small.
Then looked for how to solve it and I had to change the PPP configuration at the C3D properties; I first choosed System (improved) and that brought the problem.

Resume: I just changed "System (Improved)" to "System" at the PPP configuration of C3D. Icons are at the right size and my tabs work well.
