Problem in file's layout (profile view)

My file has a weird problem when I go to layout section. It doesn't show the files as they are profile's fonts are much bigger than what they are. If you watch the video there is also a weird circle motion at 1:01. Any ideas what is the problem exactly?

All civil 3D labels - pipe and structure labels, profile and profile view labels - size themselves automatically to the scale in which they are being viewed . When you were out in paper space, I saw that your viewport had an odd scale - it wasn't set to anything, such as 1" = 50'. Check your drawing scale - your drawing scale in model space, and your viewport scale.

OMG Thank you that is really nice. Could you please explain what was the problem? Only the scale?

I changed the scale to 1:2000 and it still has the same problem
