Pressure Pipe Network's OK button Greyed out

I have recently downloaded the KSA country kit for C3D 2025, however when I open and I try to create a Pressure Pipe network the okay button is greyed out and It won't allow me to complete the command.  Any ideas on how to fix this?

The pipe size is also greyed out. Are you pointing to whatever catalog(s) the parts list uses?

Yes, I have assigned the pressure pipe catalog. It might be that there no pipe sizes in the catalog and I need to add them (I will double check)
