Pressure network components not flipping in Civil 3d 2023

In C3D 2023 some/most of the pressure network parts are not able to be flipped, the old flip arrow option does not show up. I've been putting them somewhere off the network then rotating them. Wondering if there was another way to flip the parts. Thanks!

All grips present in pressure network fittings remain active in C3D 2023. See Photo

remembering that you must use SHIFT to select the part without selecting the alignment, in the new versions of C3D.
and that not all parts have this option configured, and this function must be activated in the Catalog.

I have the same problem, but with the bends.  There is no any way to flip the bend. I am using civil 3d 2023.
