Pressure network chamber

How would you create a pressure network chamber? As I would like the pressure pipes to enter a chamber, which the chamber is referenced to the surface.

Currently there are no cambers are available in pressure network default catalogs in civil 3d (not sure about 2017). Normally when i do modeling i always add pipe networks to add any chambers in to pressure network. you can also use the same way or still if you would like to add chamber in pressure network, You have to create your own chamber, and export to as a content file and and import through content catalog editor and create.

I have done for other user defined fittings it works for me.
