Possible to Move Survey Figures?

I just completed a survey using  arbitrary coordinates but now need to move them to match the design coordinates. I have imported survey points as well as figure objects and after unlocking the survey points I can freely move the points but the figures stay in place. I cannot find an option to unlock figures similar to unlocking points. If I explode the survey figures then I can move them  but they loose all curvature on the line. I have tried the COPYBASE cmd on the feature lines but the second I past the lines Civil3D freezes. I am not really looking to translate the database, just need to be able to freely move these figures. Running out of options to try here. Will Civil3D even allow Survey figures to be moved? If it can any ideas on what I am missing?

Attached is the drawing for reference.

Pretty sure you need to run a transformation to do this.  I am guessing you have a survey database, which is why you cannot move them.

@BrianHailey and @MSchille-1994 stated the way to do this is to Translate the SDB. This will benefit you as there's a risk of changing the elevation of the points when doing a simple move and rotate which is not the case with a translation.

Now if your hard pressed on rotating the data and figures I use this lisp routine to convert the figures to polylines. Use APPLOAD to load the lisp file and CFP at the command line to execute the command.

Personally, I'd translate the data and call it a day.
