Polymesh Tunnel To 3D Solid

Hello,

I have a .ifc file extracted from 12D and have successfully converted it to a .dwg file. The issue is that the converted file uses a polymesh object which we cannot project on our profile views. I was thinking of converting it into 3D Solid so I can easily project the tunnel in my profile views but after exploding the object, there are tons of 3D faces for me to convert into surface and use thicken to convert the surface into 3D solid. Any other ideas/tricks I can use?

Try to adopt the solution listed HERE.

Thanks

Hello, thanks for providing the link but it did not work for me. "Mesh not converted because it is not closed or it self-intersects. Object cannot be converted." error always shows up every time I tried to follow the process.
