Polyline edits (Strech, Add Vertex, Convert to Arc)

Fresh install of Win10 and C3D 2018

All service packs and updates installed.

By selecting a node, to activate the Strech, Add Vertex, Convert to Arc window, I used to be able to select via mouse.

Now I cannot.

I can only make the selection with the keyboard directional arrows.

this is really bugging me.

I even played with GRIPSMULTIFUNCTIONAL

I know you said all updates installed, but the AutoCAD and Map updates are often overlooked.

Additional info:

I use CAD on a new monitor (monitor 2) 2560x1440

monitor 1 is 1920x1200

if I drag to monitor 1, it works fine like it should.

if  I make monitor 2 the primary, still does not work.

BUT,...

I worked like it should using Win7 before upgrading PC to Win10, no change to hardware
