Point File Export

When you create a point file using PNEZD Comma Delimited, there is a comma placed after the description.  This is annoying as the comma is not part of the description.  It would be nice to have an option to disable trailing comma.

I just checked a text file I made this morning. No comma there.

Civil 3D 2013, SP2, 64 bit
