Point cloud skew / roll

Hi,

Not exactly a Civil 3d question but I know there are a lot of point cloud experts on here; 

Can anyone confirm if the below survey is usable?

It's tilted on a 1:60 slope.

From a quick search online it sounds like point cloud scanners can be set up wrongly so that the whole cloud z axis is not truly vertical, could this be the problem?

Terrestrial laser scanners normally use an integrated inclinometer for automatic horizontal leveling. For special configurations (e.g. lateral or inverted mounting), the inclinometer can be switched off. It is possible that this occurred unintentionally here.
