I am curious as to why civil 3d is publishing my dwgs with xrefed layers I have overridden and frozen. I turn the plot styles off for these layers and thought that normally does the trick.
So really wasn’t sure what was happening, but seems to be working fine right now. Had to close the program and restart it. It seems to be working right now.
