Plot errors at tangent points

I am consistently getting plotting errors at my points of tangency. I have tried to remake the tangents to no success. I have tried them in paper space to get the coordinate value down and still no success. If anyone knows a setting that could fix this it would be of much help.

I have attached a PDF. If yo zoom in all the way you should see the plot error on the north side of the roundabout.

Try increasing the plot quality.

Try increasing curve smoothing by changing this parameters

Try using a different plot/printer to create your PDF-s.
