Plan Production North Arrow

So I have been working on setting up my title block to use with the Plan Production tools.  At one point I had the north arrow working like it should, but the text in the title block wasn't updating with the Sheet Set Manager.  

I was able to fix the text issue, but now i get an error telling me "Unable to align North Arrow"

I had the North Arrow block as part of the title block and that didn't work, so then I tried to add the North Arrow block to my template instead and that still didn't work. 

How/Where is the North Arrow suppose to be added for it to work properly with the Plan Production tools?

Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks.

Are you speaking of the north arrows that are linked to viewports?   Those north arrows, and graphic scales, have instability issues. They're not stable enough to use.

I'm talking about a block that I have in my template.

So when creating sheets, in the Layout Creation where it asks "Choose the north arrow block to align in layours" I can select that block.

Problem was that I had multiple tabs with different plan/profile viewports and the one i was using didn't have a north arrow in it.
