Plan & Profile Sheet Setting

I work in imperial version of civil 3D. in attached image you can see my profile settings in which my vertical exaggeration is set to 1 but when I create plan & profile sheets my vertical scale is changed automatically. please suggest my the right settings of the viewport. vertical exaggeration must be 1.

The settings you show in your attachment are not global, they are applicable to that specific ‘profile view style.’ Are you using the the same profile view style shown on the Information tab? If you’re profile view is using a different profile style then you’ll need to change the settings for that style so it has VE=1 as well.
