Pipe Network Tooltips

When I hover over a Structure or Pipe in a Network the tool tip displays the Name, Style, Layer, Network, and Size.

I was wondering if there was a way to customize what it displays? I would like to change it to display the Rim Elevation and Sump Elevation.  Or for a pipe the Start Elevation and End Elevation.  Is this possible?

This involves executing CUI to customize the user interface.  You should make a copy of the C3D.cuix file before proceeding to be safe.  The rest should be explained by the image below.
