Pipe Network - Structures not inserting

Hey all! I was having a little trouble trying to use one of my custom made parts in the pipe network. For some reason, since updating to 2020, i havent been able to add in any of my newer parts that i have made in my drawing. Clearly it is in the network, but for whatever reason, i am unable to select in in the drop down list in order to actually insert it into the drawing. If you have any ideas on a solution, please do share! Thanks in advance!

Hi,

first try to delete family with all dimensions from part list.

Then reimport it again there.

And also try to click to "+" in the list when you want create a structure in a drawing 🙂

If you want to regen part catalog you must close all active functions.

I think you solved the mystery! I went to check in my part builder, and the shape wasn't listed. I must not have copied it over from 2019 C3D. Thank you for the help!

SOLUTION: Check your part builder and make sure you bring in your previous made parts from different software versions.
