Perpetual licence

Hi,

in 2019 we switched to subscription for the civil 3d product, but we had perpetual licences for the 2011 to 2018 versions. We recently changed TI services and the wiped two PC'S with old licences (used for simple drawings only) without getting the serial numbers or whatever is used to login. How can we recover the serial numbers for our old products, they don't seem to be on our autodesk account.
