pdfshx in c3d2019 on windows 7 computer

so the pdfshx command is not available in c3d2019 running windows 7. pdfshxtext is the command that comes up which i don't think does the same thing. however on computers running windows 10, the pdfshx command is available. i need my pdf text boxes to go away. suggestions?

It works in 2019. It's EPDFSHX ---> change to 0.

that doesn't work either.

Interesting. Do you have the AutoCAD 2019.0.1 update installed?

Welp, that's a new one on me. Not sure why an operating system would make a difference. I'm on 10, but you said the issue is on 7, correct?

correct. we bought 2 new computers with windows 10 and installed c3d2019 on them. we also upgraded my computer with c3d2019 but i run windows 7. the new machines can do the pdfshx but i can't.

So i uninstalled and reinstalled c3d. In its right-out-of-the-box setup the pdfshx works but when i migrate my 2017 settings it doesn't.

Ah, the culprit. I never migrate settings because it has always messed something up.
