Hello all, hope everything is well
Been trying to understand the Part builder component of Civil 3D 2020 and create a custom drainage structure. I was on the last few steps to getting ready to put in our drawing, but Part Builder just doesn't want to open anymore. I have restarted my computer and AutoCad, and tried the "PARTCATALOGREGEN" (read somewhere that it might help). But every-time I try to open my part "Getting Started - Catalog Screen" box closes and nothing changes on my screen. Anyone ever seen or know what do with this problem?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

When PARTBUILDER Command (the old one) does not start as expected, check first if
Command: SETNETWORKCATALOG points to a valid folder
e. g. C:\ProgramData\Autodesk\C3D 2020\enu\Pipes Catalog\
Start
Command: PARTBUILDER
