Part Builder help with conversion of completed object

I have built a complex "part" using 3D elements, solids, and meshes.  Is it possible to create a part out of it?  I attempted to build this using the part builder methodologies, but I struggle with having to have every bit of geometry on a plane.  As you can see from the image, tying the "wing walls" to the end pipe tapers, so attempting to create a plane that bends with the pipe is impossible.  Any help is greatly appreciated.Finished.png

Part builder? Nah, don't even go there. Check out the Infrastructure Parts Editor. You can find it in 2019 on the ribbon the same place you find part builder.

You will need to use Inventor to create the 3D part though (Inventor LT will work).

@Prostang there is a 2018 version of IPE. You can find this if you don't have it at manage.autodesk.com.

All the best,
