Run a feature line through the nodes >> offset h&v>> write new point along FL

Assuming these point are civil3d cogo or are point with elevation
snap a feature line to the nodes >>> use FL offset tool for distance/ (grade / difference)
then add cogo point >>> along FL
now you have points offset and change z
This is one way
another: station offset report to excel >>> change offset and z
then import by sta offset

You can use AutoCAD Move command or Copy command to move those a certain distance and direction.
Are the point on this path? that will be you FL otherwise alignment ... how about a picture and maybe a file

Reda,
"...there are two Curves I have in the Path of that points..."
The suggestion by @Joe-Bouza of running a Feature Line through the points will probably be your best workflow, but first you need to decide where the curves start, and check tangency of the lines, if that's important. Also, you have 2 regular curves and 1 reverse curve, so that needs to be taken into account.
