NVIDIA Quadro P600 issues

Hi,

I have a new PC with the follow specifications:

Windows 10 pro 64 bit

Intel i7-7700 CPU @ 3.60 GHz

16 GB RAM

NVIDIA Quadro P600

Seagate FireCuda 1TB

2 Dell E2414H connected with Digital DVI cables.

The IT guys at the company that I work for, build the PC.

Civil 3D 2017 with SP1.1 installed.

My problem is that if I move a toolbar, the ghosting / showing / toolbar outline is dragged along.  See the photo below. When I release the toolbar, it disappears. We have updated drivers and rolled back drivers, but the problem doesn't go away.

Are there any thoughts?

Thanks!

Willie,

I had that problem. It went away when I updated my Graphics Card Driver. You may have to re-install the driver. Read more <<<Here>>>.

Thanks for the feedback Dave.

I tried the following:

1. Install the AutoDesk Certified driver from AutoDesk Certified hardware for NVIDIA Quadro P600 site, but couldn't install it.  I uninstalled the current driver and booted with the VGA driver, but still I couldn't install the Certified driver.  The piccie below is of the certified driver Smiley SadSmiley SadSmiley Sad

2. Then I download the latest and greatest from NVIDIA and installed that.  It didn't fix the problem. Version 390.77 was installed.

3. Tried DirectX 9 - It didn't fix the problem.

Any other ideas?  Thanks!!

Try the driver from windows update if it is not what you started with.

In Windows 10 (64 bit)'s words:

"The best drivers for your devices are already installed"
