On March 1, 2019 the legacy Civil Engineering Data Translator (CEDT) service will be retired. A new version of the Civil Engineering Data Translator (CEDT) is available so you can continue to migrate data between Civil 3D and Bentley InRoads and Bentley GEOPAK software. This service enables you to upload design source files and convert them to target project data formats without having to install Bentley software. Highlights of the new Civil Engineering Data Translator include:
- One CEDT client supports all versions of Civil 3D from 2016 forward
- The CEDT client does not need Civil 3D installed to operate
The new Civil Engineering Data Translator client is available for download via the Autodesk Desktop App and manage.autodesk.com
