Need a simple software solution for converting a PolyFace Mesh to a Surface

Hello,

Is there an autoDesk Software, (preferably geospatial based, like Civil 3D) that only performs file conversions and such? It would also need to support converting a PolyFace Mesh over to a Surface for existing DXF files. I will not need to draw anything, or add any features to the CAD drawings themselves.

Juts looking for a software solution that has a reasonable cost for this simple use case.

Try to explode the mesh, it will be exploded to 3d faces

Then you can add the 3dfaces to new surface, be careful to check the box to maintain the the edges of the 3dfaces

To answer your question directly (as I understand it)   There is no standalone software that only does what you are asking, you're going to need something like Civil 3D to perform that action.
