Multiple Cross Section Production

I hate to post (another) silly question, but I've been struggling with this one for a little bit now.

I'm attempting to generate section sheets for a region that has very steep topography adjacent to the roadway. My goal is to better illustrate the elevation and slope of the existing terrain on the RT side of the alignment. However, when I produce "Multiple" sheets using a defined template, the sections become "stacked" or "layered" upon one another with a single sheet frame (see the attached image).

However, when I produce a single cross-section w/o the template, everything appears fine (image also attached).

I have produced many cross section sheets in the past with no issues. I'm not sure what the problem is? Has anybody seen something like this? Perhaps an issue with the template?

Attached is an example of the previous section view I've created w/o problems.

Verify the Section View Group plot style used and the Model Space scale is set to correct scale, it may be set too small so sheets aren't appearing large enough. if MS scale helps choose "Update Group Layout" on the Sections Contextual Ribbon to reorganize the sec views.

I think I figured out the problem, but am still not very confident about the situation.

Originally, I set the sample line offsets to +/- 150 feet. When I changed the sample widths to +/- 140 feet, it seemed to solve the problem.

However, I now have a new situation: the group plot style doesn't want to plot the section views at the bottom of the page (see attached). The attachment point is exactlly 2" above the bottom of the sheet. My goal is to set the section views at 1" above the bottom of the sheet, identical to the previous sections that I've plotted using the same group plot style (also attached).

As far as I can tell, the group plot style and group section view style are the same.
