Multiline style to display SW pipe.

I know it can be done, I have used style before which had been created by someone else, alas I can't remember how they did it... can someone out there enlighten me.

example of what I am trying to create.

In pipe style, go to display tab and change the settings to look like the below image. You want the pipe centerline to be dashed and the inside and outside walls to be continuous.

Then go to the plan tab, and change the pipe centerline display options to look like this:

Hi Eli,

thanks for your response, but I don't want to use a pipe network style for this particular xref. I just want to draw simple line or my case a Multiline.
