Mult View Block tool missing

Hi, I wanted to create a multiview block. But I could not find the Multi View Block creation tool (see attached). I am using Civil 3D 2016. I have checked on Civil 3D 2018 as well. It is missing there as well. Could some one suggest how do get the tool.

Try entering Command: MvBlockDefEdit

Thanks for your quick reponse. When I tried using the command MVBLOCKDEFEDIT,  it asks to select Multi-view Blocks and apparently I don't have Multi-view block to select.

However I have used command MVBLOCKDEFINE. With this command I have created multiple blocks with different views (See attached). I looks like the Multiview block created but when I "Insert Block", there should be option to select between standard block and Multi-view block. But in my situation I do not get such type of dialogue box. I just get only standard block option. Any suggestion.

I'm not aware of the option to select between standard and multiview blocks using the Command: INSERT.

Both block types appear in the listing when using Command: INSERT (in 2018) but no option to filter them.

To verify what Mvblocks exist in the current drawing a list can be obtained by Command: MVBLOCK > Definitions

As in my previous posting, I can't see the Edit Multi-View Block Definition tool on my Block Ribbon ( snap shot of the tool as seen on a youtube video attached). Could you suggest how do I bring in that tool on my Civil 3D Block Ribbon.

Hi, Could anyone help so that I can get hold of the Mult-view Block definition Properties Dialogue Box as I saw on other demonstration video (see attached) which is missing on my civil 3D.

Hi, At last I managed to bring the missing Mult-View Block Edit Tool by entering on the command "Toolbar" and just drag and drop the tool on to my menu system. Thank you anyway. The problem solved.

yours was the only post that helped me with creating a MVblock.  With Civil 3D turns out the only way was finding the command.

Hi, I’m having exactly the same problem and I’m still struggling with how you managed to add the from the cui?  Any chance of walking me through it?

Having the same problem. Type MVB... in the command line. All commands start with MVBLOCK, e.g. MVBLOCKDEFINE, MVBLOCKADD etc.
