Moving Filter Groups to be Child of Another Group

I am wondering if there is a way in which already created filter groups can me moved to be a child of another group.

I have created a number of filter groups and would like to separate them into two different categories to make it easier to highlight scopes of work. I have made a larger amount of groups already and looking for a way to achieve the below result without have to delete and remake them.

You might get more attention in the Autocad Group or customization group. Sounds like a lisp routine would help
