More Wierd Grapics

I have been experiencing similar weird graphical issues to T. Rogers. "weird graphics"

This started after I installed C3D 2016 SP3 recently.

The weird pixelation is random and changes as I scroll or pan. It happens in both model and paper space. Sometimes it occurs when I plot to PDF.pc3.

The image is inserted to the drawing as an XREF attachment.

Has anybody else had this experience after installing C3D 2016 SP3?

Does anybody know of a solution apart from uninstalling SP3?

Thanks

I've seen dashed line patterns not showing around spirals in 2016 with "High Quality Geometry" enabled. You could try disabling that to see if there is a difference.

Also, this fix is available:

Autodesk® AutoCAD® 2014-2017 ECW Hotfix

Unfortunately the hotfix did not work though the documentation suggested that this might be my problem. The image in the XREF drawing is a .ecw file.

Thanks for the suggestion.

Did you try turning off hardware acceleration or components of that? GRAPHICSCONFIG command.

Yes, I tried that.

I uninstalled Hotfix#4 and left SR#1 and performance is back to normal now.

Thanks for the help.
