A bit of a rant/question...who designed the model viewer? I'd like to ask the designer, what's wrong with using the minimize button? Am I missing something?

It's driving me bonkers, such a great feature (the viewer itself, better orbiting, faster everything), but i need a third dedicated monitor for it to be of real use..

Besides not minimizing, it's constantly taking over draw order and hiding other stuff on the same screen.

That was one of the first things I noticed when it was released (they also got rid of the close button on Project Explorer. I would suggest going to the Ideas forum and suggesting it as an improvement to the model viewer. Perhaps if you are not on already, you can join the futures group and provide your feedback there as well.
