missing AEC Editor tab

I've got the warning glyphs on my edited labels and the solution says go to options/AEC Editor tab and uncheck a box.  Well I don't have a AEC Editor tab anymore.  Any suggestions?

Go to Options.

Profiles tab.

Pick <<C3D_Imperial>> and press Set Current.
