Marked point bug when mirrored in section views

Hi everybody,

I am stuck with I think is a bug in C3D 2023.2.1.

I have created a simple subbassembly with two lanes and I have added a marked point with a block (footbridge block).

It works fine except I have to mirror one section and the marked point don't follow the mirroring.

I mirror the section view with this option :

When my section is not reverse (sample line in the direction of the alignement)

positive direction.jpg

And when the section is mirrored (sample line in oposite the direction of the alignement)

negative direction.jpg

I don't understand because I have checked the option orient the mark with de view

Is someone have a trick ?

Thank you

Hi, I'm not 100% sure, but I think this behavior is due to the block. I mean, you are using a block to represent the complete cross-section you posted. I'd try breaking down the parts of the section to see if the program understands the mirror command. Otherwise, I'd create another block representing the cross-sections at the mirrored stations.

Regards!

I tried to split my block in two parts but I have the same issue.

Points are not mirrored in civil 3D when you apply a block on it

Thank you and happy hollidays
