I have brought several XRefs into a Civil3D drawing and they all lined up, no issues. I then tried to turn on the online map. I set the location marker, and it is lined up perfectly at the marker location, but as I move further down the drawing it is off by a significant amount. Why is it doing this, and how do I fix it? For reference, my drawing spans about 40km.

I've seen this before. Use _GEOREMOVE and then use _MAPCSASSIGN to reset your drawing's coordinate system. That will fix things.
Don't use Edit Location or ReOrient Marker. The Location Panel is meant for Vanilla AutoCAD and is wonky at best with C3D or Map. Better to use _MAPCSASSIGN.
