Managing Data shortcuts over BIM 360 with several third party designers

I am currently working for a company that has enlisted the services of several third-party designers.

We would like them to store their drawings within the BIM 360 folder structure in a manner that will allow my company access to Data Shortcuts from their files. However, each third-party would naturally be reluctant to allow access to their drawings by the other third-party contributors. We can set up the BIM 360 folder structure to only allow our company access to each of the third-party(s) "working folders" but not between the other party(s).

With the BIM 360 folder structure set up in this way. Is it possible for our company to create our own independent drawings and navigate to each third-party(s) working folder in order to gain access to their Data Shortcuts?

If they administrate their own projects, they can give you read-only access to files on their projects and you can do the same with them on your projects.
