Manage Data Shortcut option missing C3D 2016

I just downloaded Civil 3D 2016. I also just watched a good video on "What's New in C3D 2016" on YouTube. On of the improvements was the ability to update data shortcut links via a menu. Under the Manage tab, within the Data Shortcuts, there should be a Manage Data Shortcuts options. However, mine is missing. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Maybe, when you started up 2016 for the first time, you let it migrate your old settings. That would include the cuix.

That's exactly what I did. I copied the cuix file from C3D 2015. That's a no-no. Thanks for the quick response.
